Simple Cellulite Exercises that Work

There are many exercises that you can perform, depending on the area that needs to get toned. The following exercise is to improve the circulation at the back of your thigh. It is a great exercised to tighten and tone the area. First you need sit kneeling down on the floor, and then lean your body towards the front to make your elbows touch the floor.

Now keep your back straightened and lift one leg right behind you. It should be in a straight line to your back, keep lifting it a bit higher to make it come in an angle with the floor. Amongst other cellulite exercises that you can try are to lie on the floor on your back, next bend the elbows and your head should be resting on the arms. Your hip bone should be on the floor and now lift your left leg, keep it in that position followed by pointing and flexing of the foot for four counts.

Now keep your leg at rest. Keep doing this for around 8 times with the same leg and then change the leg and repeat. Yet another form of cellulite exercises that you may opt for is to sit on a chair that has no wheels. Your knees need to be bent at 90 degrees while your feet should be on the floor. A pillow needs to be kept between your thighs. Now exhale while you squeeze the pillow in between your legs. Hold on and breathe normally, release, this exercise is great for the inner thighs.
